Lee Goodman currently holds the Vice President position at Exchange-X.  As Vice President, Lee specializes in the advisory and sales of 1031 exchange Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) investments for institutions and 1031 exchange buyers.  Having spent over two decades in real estate, Lee’s knowledge and attention to detail has been paramount to his success.

Since 2000, he has been a full-time Realtor and investor, specializing in sales of residential, multifamily, and residential redevelopment properties. He was the majority partner in a successful 72-unit redevelopment project in northwest Columbus.

Lee also has extensive experience in traditional 1031 exchanges and has helped many clients navigate tax-deferred property transactions.

Lee began his career as a mortgage loan officer with Heartland Mortgage, a former subsidiary of Heartland Bank, where he spent eight years and advanced to Assistant Vice President.

Lee holds a Finance degree from The Ohio State University and maintains FINRA Series 7, SIE, and NASAA Series 63 securities registrations. He is also a licensed real estate broker in Ohio and Florida and a RE/MAX Hall of Fame inductee.

Outside of work, Lee enjoys time with his wife, Olena, and their children. He plays tennis twice a week and finds relaxation in hiking and traveling. He is also a dedicated supporter of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
