Peter J. Marzo

CEO & Founder

Prior to founding Exchange-X, Peter Marzo worked in the investment banking industry for over 15 years on Wall Street. During his tenure, he managed and advised in excess of $250 million of Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and corporate bonds. Peter has an extensive track record working with Fortune 500 companies such as Sony Corporation (NYSE:SNE), YUM! Brands Inc. (NYSE:YUM), DuPont de Nemours & Company (NYSE:DD), Timken (NYSE:TKR), Celgene (NYSE:CELG), Denny’s (NYSE:DENN) and AdCare Health Systems (NYSE:ADK).

Peter later went on to work with Marcus & Millichap, Inc. (NYSE:MMC), the industry’s largest real estate investment firm specializing in sales and financing. While affiliated with MMC, Peter and his team successfully underwritten and closed over $50 million in commercial real estate transactions.

Peter has a deep knowledge and understanding of the private equity real estate and finance markets followed by a true passion for asset & portfolio management.

Peter currently holds seven designations including his Florida Real Estate Broker, FINRA Series 7, FINRA Series 66, Life & Health Insurance and NICEP Certified Estate Planner (CEP). He is on the Long Island committee for St. Jude Children’s Hospital and supports the Wounded Warrior Project, American Breast Cancer Foundation, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and Knights of Columbus. In his spare time, Peter enjoys exercising, cooking, and spending time with his family.
